Lil miss cherry blossom cosplay! [3rd Opening, yo!]
Nya nya. Officially my new favorite cosplay~
Hrm, after wanting to cosplay Sakura for over 6 years, I was able to fulfuill my dream!
Letssssee. Thought my KH2 Kairi was hard to make... I LIEEE.
This costume took over my summer completely x_x First day I got home from Korea, sew sew sew.

Dress: I DIEEE MOREE!! XD As simple as it looks, this was the hardest thing to make out of everything. Sleeves were..eh. Skirt...holymotherofschmolycow. Only if I knew how to use a pattern...-sigh- ~__~

Staff: That thing was harder to make than my keyblade wth ~.~ Hoop was made out of paperclay and ho shnap. It took me 6 hours straight to get that thing to stick to wood & shape it! adfjasdf. Dowel easyy. The biggest problem I had was attatching the hoop on the dowel x_x Currently, it's held on to the staff by one piece of garden wire [It's pretty fragile v_v;;]

Wings: FUNNN!!! I had so much fun shaping the feathers and gluing them on~ [Thanks so much to Etaru & Paper-wings for their tutorial!] I poked my eye out shaping the copper tubing, but it was exciting! :]] Chicken wire = Bruises. That is all. Oh! & Feathers were ordered from Rainbow Feathers :33 [They're awesome! Extremely friendly too!] Problem: I don't know how to make a proper harness...so let's just say the back of my costume is hella ugly & straps showing etc. etc. v__v I'd love tips to fix this problem! <3 They are also a bit heavy but I'll live :]

Pictures: Maboroshi. Is. Amazing. <33 He takes the most gorgeous pictures EVAR~ Although alot of the pictures from the shoot resulted in Christy + mega retarded expressions [I need to work on my facial expressions -nod-], I really love how they turned out!! Thank you x 10000 for the pictures Mab!!
